🚗💚 CAR LINE REMINDER! 💙🚗 Parents and guardians, please make sure your car line tag is hanging and clearly visible when you enter afternoon car line. Car line tags were provided at the beginning of the school year. If you still do not have a tag, please let a car line staff member or your child’s teacher know ASAP so we can get you one. Having your tag displayed helps us keep afternoon dismissal safe, organized, and running smoothly! Thank you for helping us make car line easier for everyone! 💚💙

🏹 J.E. Turner Archery Tryouts 2026–2027 Calling all 4th & 5th graders interested in joining the J.E. Turner Archery Team! Only 15 spots are available. 📅 Tryouts: Monday, October 5 ⏰ Time: 3:15–5:00 PM — Students must be picked up by 5:00 PM 📍 Location: Turner Gym 💲 Cost: $160 — ONLY due if your student makes the team! The fee includes 6 tournaments, regional tournament, team shirt, and end-of-year party. 🎯 Weekly Practice: Mondays at 7:00 AM First practice: Monday, October 19 🏆 Tournaments: Normally held on Thursday or Friday after school. 📚 Students who participate are required to maintain a “C” average in all classes and demonstrate appropriate conduct both in and outside of the classroom. Due to the quiet nature of archery, we ask that parents not be present during tryouts. Directly following tryouts, we will have a brief discussion with parents and students about team expectations. A parent meeting will also be scheduled for students who make the team (date and time TBA). 📝 Interested in trying out? Please complete the Archery Tryout Information form sent home and return it to Coach Lambert by Friday, October 2. Students will not be allowed to participate in tryouts if the form is not turned in on time. We’re excited for another great year of J.E. Turner Archery! 🏹🎯
